Donations

Sec. 252.314. DONATIONS. A commissioners court may accept donations of labor, money, or other property to aid in the building or maintaining of roads in the county. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 834 (H.B. 1384), Sec. 1, eff. June 14, 2013.
