Sec. 254.082. AUTHORITY TO ISSUE TAX REFUNDING OBLIGATIONS. The governing body of a municipality may issue tax obligations under this chapter to refund outstanding tax obligations. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 9, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
