Privatization of Program

Sec. 26.360. PRIVATIZATION OF PROGRAM. Notwithstanding other provisions of this subchapter, the commission by rule may authorize the privatization of any part of the program established under this subchapter. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 315, Sec. 14, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
