Association Records

Sec. 2602.104. ASSOCIATION RECORDS. (a) The association shall maintain a record of its activities in exercising its powers and performing its duties under this chapter. (b) A record under Subsection (a) may be made public only on: (1) termination of a liquidation, rehabilitation, or conservation proceeding involving the impaired or insolvent title insurance company; (2) termination of the impairment or insolvency of the title insurance company; or (3) order of a court. (c) This section does not limit the association's duty to report on its activities under this chapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff. April 1, 2005.
