Deposit of Fees and Assessments

Sec. 2602.108. DEPOSIT OF FEES AND ASSESSMENTS. The association may deposit fees and assessments it collects into the Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company in accordance with procedures established by the comptroller. The comptroller shall account to the association for the deposited money separately from all other money. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff. April 1, 2005.
