Investigations In Facilities Under Texas Juvenile Justice Department Jurisdiction

Sec. 261.409. INVESTIGATIONS IN FACILITIES UNDER TEXAS JUVENILE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT JURISDICTION. The board of the Texas Juvenile Justice Department by rule shall adopt standards for: (1) the investigation under Section 261.401 of suspected child abuse, neglect, or exploitation in a facility under the jurisdiction of the Texas Juvenile Justice Department; and (2) compiling information on those investigations.
