Sec. 262.023. EMPLOYEES. (a) The board may employ a manager or executive director of a hospital and other employees, experts, and agents. (b) The board may delegate to the manager or executive director the authority to manage the hospital and to employ and discharge employees. (c) The board may employ legal counsel.
