Sec. 263.047. SALARIES. (a) The board of managers shall determine the salaries of the officers and employees of the hospital, including the superintendent. (b) The salaries may not exceed the appropriation made for the salaries by the commissioners court. (c) The salaries are full compensation for all services rendered.
