Sec. 263.052. CONTRACT FOR CARE BY BOARD. The board of managers may contract for the care of a person who is sick or injured and who applies to the hospital for admission. The board may contract for this care with: (1) a hospital in the county; or (2) an incorporated society or municipality in the county that maintains a hospital.
