Sec. 263.078. FORMS FOR ADMISSION. (a) The county hospital shall provide forms for application for admission to the hospital and the superintendent shall forward the forms free to a licensed physician in the county in which the hospital is located at the request of the physician. (b) An application for admission to a county hospital must be made, if practicable, on a form provided under this section. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
