Collection of Money

Sec. 263.085. COLLECTION OF MONEY. (a) The superintendent shall collect money due the hospital. (b) The superintendent shall keep an accurate account of money collected at the hospital, report at the monthly meeting of the board of managers the amount of money collected, and transmit the money to the county treasurer of the county in which the hospital is located within 10 days after the date of the meeting of the board.
