Sec. 264.021. GENERAL POWERS. (a) The authority has the power of perpetual succession. (b) The authority may: (1) have a seal; (2) sue and be sued; and (3) make, amend, and repeal its bylaws. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
