Direct Payments

Sec. 264.103. DIRECT PAYMENTS. The department may make direct payments for foster care to a foster parent residing in a county with which the department does not have a contract authorized by Section 264.102. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
