Compensation

Sec. 265.036. COMPENSATION. A director may not receive compensation but is entitled to reimbursement for actual expenses incurred in the performance of the duties of director to the extent authorized by the board. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
