Sec. 2651.054. LICENSE TERM. Unless a system of staggered license renewal is adopted, a license issued under this subchapter expires on the second June 1 following the date of issuance. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff. April 1, 2005.
