Sec. 2651.155. CONFIDENTIALITY OF AUDIT. The commissioner may classify an audit report that is filed with the department by a title insurance company under this subchapter as confidential and privileged. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 6, eff. April 1, 2005.
