Sec. 266.151. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. (a) In this section, "person" means an individual or a private legal entity, including a corporation, association, or partnership. (b) A person may not operate or offer to operate a dental laboratory or provide or offer to provide dental laboratory services unless the person holds a registration certificate issued under this chapter.
