Injunction

Sec. 266.302. INJUNCTION. The board may apply for a restraining order or injunction to enforce this chapter or a board rule adopted under this chapter. Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 388, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
