Sec. 271.058. AUTHORITY TO REJECT BIDS. The governing body may reject any and all bids submitted for a contract for which competitive bidding is required by this subchapter. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
