Sec. 273.304. ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNT. The corporation shall establish an administrative account in which the corporation shall deposit earnings, including interest, on the investment of money in the primary account. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
