Sec. 273.503. AMOUNT TO BE SPENT BEFORE CERTIFICATION OF INSOLVENCY OF MEMBER ASSOCIATION. The commissioner must spend the amount prescribed by Section 273.201(a)(7) before certifying a member association to be insolvent. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
