Sec. 273.504. FEE AND TAX EXEMPTION. The corporation is exempt from fees and taxes imposed by this state or a political subdivision of this state, except a tax imposed on real property. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
