Sec. 274.110. FAILURE TO SEND NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SITUS OF ADMINISTRATION. (a) If the substitute fiduciary of a fiduciary account intentionally fails to send the required notice under Section 274.109, the change in the situs of administration is ineffective. (b) If the substitute fiduciary unintentionally fails to send the required notice, the change in the situs of administration is not impaired. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff.
