Sec. 281.007. TAX REPORT; ADMINISTRATION AND COLLECTION OF TAX. The comptroller shall prescribe a due date for filing a report and paying a tax imposed under this subchapter. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1274, Sec. 1, eff. April 1, 2005.
