Bylaws

Sec. 281.026. BYLAWS. The board may adopt bylaws to govern: (1) the time and place of its meetings; (2) the manner of conducting its meetings; (3) the powers, duties, and responsibilities of its officers and employees; (4) the disbursement of funds by checks, drafts, and warrants; (5) the appointment and authority of director committees; (6) the keeping of records and accounts; and (7) other matters that the board considers appropriate.
