Sec. 281.052. SUITS. An authority may, through its directors, sue and be sued in any court of this state in the name of the authority. Service of process may be made by serving three directors. Courts of this state shall take judicial notice of the establishment of an authority. Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 149, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1987.
