Sec. 281.101. GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS. The commissioners court, in the district's name and on the district's faith and credit, may issue and sell bonds to acquire, construct, equip, or enlarge the hospital or hospital system. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
