Sec. 281.104. EXECUTION OF BONDS. The county judge of the county in which the district is created shall execute the bonds in the name of the district, and the county clerk shall countersign the bonds. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
