Sec. 282.008. OWNERSHIP BY COUNTY AUTHORIZED. The commissioners court may provide for the county to construct, acquire, own, and operate an underpass or tunnel and any necessary approach as part of the county's road and bridge system. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
