Sec. 282.010. TOLL BY COUNTY AUTHORIZED. The commissioners court of a county that operates an underpass or tunnel may impose a toll for use of the underpass or tunnel. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
