Sec. 282.025. QUORUM; MEETING PROCEDURE AND RECORD. (a) Three board members constitute a quorum. (b) All board proceedings shall be by motion or resolution and shall be recorded in a book kept for that purpose. The book is a public record. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
