Sec. 282.049. OTHER BOARD POWERS. The board may: (1) promote health in the district; (2) print and publish information; and (3) do any other thing necessary to the performance of the board's duties under this chapter. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
