Sec. 282.126. DISTRICT RESPONSIBILITIES. On conversion of the district under this subchapter, the district assumes any outstanding indebtedness incurred by the county under Subchapter E. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 94, Sec. 1, eff. May 15, 1991.
