Sec. 283.002. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of hospital managers of a district. (2) "District" means a hospital district created under this chapter. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
