Sec. 283.081. BUDGET. (a) The administrator shall prepare an annual budget. (b) The budget and all budget revisions shall be approved by the commissioners court. Acts 1989, 71st Leg., ch. 678, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1989.
