Sec. 283.203. SOURCE OF REPAYMENT. (a) A bond authorized by this chapter may be paid only from the revenues received from the operation of the project. (b) The bond is not a debt of the county. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
