Sec. 284.005. CONVEYANCE TO COUNTY. The governing body of a political subdivision or agency of this state may convey title or right and easements to property needed by a county for a project under this chapter without advertisement. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
