Tax Bond Election

Sec. 284.032. TAX BOND ELECTION. Bonds wholly or partly supported by an ad valorem tax may not be issued without an election at which the issuance of the bonds is authorized. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
