Sec. 284.072. PROMOTION OF TOLL ROADS. The commissioners court of a county may promote the use of a toll road operated under this chapter by appropriate means, including advertising or marketing as the commissioners court finds appropriate. Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1995.
