Sec. 284.252. EFFECT ON INVESTOR-OWNED ELECTRIC UTILITIES, ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES, TELEPHONE COOPERATIVES, AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDERS. Nothing in this chapter shall govern attachment of network nodes on poles and other structures owned or operated by investor-owned electric utilities, electric cooperatives, telephone cooperatives, or telecommunications providers.
