Definitions

Sec. 286.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district. (2) "District" means a hospital district created under this chapter. (3) "Director" means a member of the board. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 121, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
