Sec. 286.076. METHODS AND PROCEDURES. The board may prescribe: (1) the method of making purchases and expenditures by and for the district; and (2) accounting and control procedures for the district. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 121, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
