Sec. 286.121. FISCAL YEAR. (a) The district operates on the fiscal year established by the board. (b) The fiscal year may not be changed if revenue bonds of the district are outstanding or more than once in a 24-month period. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 14, Sec. 121, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
