Sec. 287.045. OFFICERS. (a) The board shall elect from among its members a president and a vice president. (b) The board shall appoint a secretary, who need not be a director. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1293, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
