Sec. 287.046. OFFICERS' TERMS; VACANCY. (a) Each officer of the board serves for a term of one year. (b) The board shall fill a vacancy in a board office for the unexpired term. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1293, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
