Sec. 287.050. APPOINTMENTS TO STAFF. The board may: (1) appoint to the staff any doctors the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the district; and (2) make temporary appointments the board considers necessary. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1293, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
