Sec. 287.073. MANAGEMENT, CONTROL, AND ADMINISTRATION. The board shall manage, control, and administer the health care system and the funds and resources of the district that are transferred under Section 287.071. Added by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1293, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
