Sec. 287.122. ANNUAL AUDIT. (a) The board annually shall have an independent audit made of the financial condition of the district. (b) A copy of the audit must be provided to: (1) each county and hospital district that created and contracted with the district; (2) each state and federal agency with which the district contracts; and (3) each other entity that contributes substantial funds to the district.
