Sec. 289.104. RULES AND PROCEDURES. (a) The commission may adopt rules governing the operation of the district, including rules relating to the administration of a tax authorized by this chapter. (b) In order to implement the requirements of Sections 289.102 and 289.103, the commission shall adopt any necessary procedures. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1367 (H.B. 2463), Sec. 1, eff.
