Tax Assessor-Collector Facilities In Certain Counties With Populations Over 70,000

Sec. 292.026. TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR FACILITIES IN CERTAIN COUNTIES WITH POPULATIONS OVER 70,000. (a) This section applies only to a county with a population of more than 70,000. (b) The commissioners court of a county may allow the tax assessor-collector to maintain a branch office in a municipality with a population of more than 1,000, other than the county seat.
